Terms and Conditions:

When transacting with the GoldKing4Cash service and/or Unified Metals LLC we have some basic terms to insure your GoldKing4Cash experience is a positive one that will have you eager to come back.

We ask that you agree and promise to us:

1. You are 21 years of age or older

2. You expressly represent, warrant and agree that you have (or if acting on behalf of or as agent or representative of another person, such person has), full, legal and unencumbered title to, and ownership of, every Item that is sent or delivered by you to Unified Metals and that you have full authority to solely engage in the transaction with Unified Metals. You agree to and will indemnify and hold harmless Unified Metals from and against any and all claims, suits, investigations, judgments, liabilities, obligations and damages relating to or arising out of the title to, ownership of or lien on any item sold or purported or arranged to be sold by you to Unified Metals LLC.

3. Limitation of Liability: Your property when sent will be insured by you for its full value. If the parcel is lost or stolen prior to its arrival at Goldking4cash, you will have the ability to make a claim against the shipper (US Mail, FedEx, UPS etc…) Your parcel must be sent via your carrier by overnight express or by priority to insure that it can be properly tracked. In the event of a claim against us by you, you agree that the legal limit of our liability to you shall not exceed 1/3 the value of the merchandise submitted by you or One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), whichever is less. If you do not provide us with a sales slip or appraisal issued prior to your shipment to us for the merchandise, the value of your merchandise will be liquidation value.

4. After your parcel has been received, and its value determined. Goldking4cash will issue you a check, typically within 48 hours. This will be sent directly to the address you furnish.

If you agree with your settlement, simply cash the check, and your material becomes property of Goldking4cash.

If you are not satisfied with the amount, simply contact us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of receiving your check. Send back the check within 14 days and your material will be returned, no questions asked.

If we do not receive an e-mail or phone call from you, or receive our check back in ten days, your material will be processed. Since this involves melting to recover precious metal content, these items are then impossible to return.

Goldking4cash agrees and promises to:

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will examine it to insure that what we received, matches the list of what you sent. You will be notified if it does not and we will return the material, overnight or priority upon request, insured for the value you placed on the items. Unified Metals reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject delivery of any mail, envelope, package or other material that appears damaged, opened or tampered with. Any such rejected material will be returned to you, and Unified Metals will have no liability for any such attempted delivery or return of any Item(s).

If the materials are lost or stolen in shipping, Goldking4cash will file a claim with the carrier. You are entitled to the amount of insurance you agreed based on inbound shipping.

Items that are gold filled or electroplated cannot be processed and will be returned bulk mail.

110% Price Guarantee. Online competitors written offer must be no more then 10 days old prior to shipping the offer along with your items to Goldking4cash. Items must be the same items in the competitor’s written offer and match the description and the offer must include the actual amount being offered. Competitors written offer and items described in such offer must also meet Goldking4cash’s purchase requirements.

Goldking4cash and you agree to the following:

If Goldking4cash returns your items and they are lost or stolen while in possession of the shipper, we will file a claim. Goldking4cash will keep you informed by e-mail while the claim is being processed. Since we are not the carrier, this time frame is subject to their scheduling. We will do all we can to expedite the process.

Disclaimer. No claims, warranties or representations are made as to the efficiency of Unified Metals’ sampling, processing or assaying procedures.

Both of us agree that Unified Metals maximum exposure is limited to, in any event, the value placed upon your items by you when sent up to $100.00.

The agreements by both parties will be governed and mandated by the laws of the State of IL. Any claims or disputes should they arise, must be filed in the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois.
